Penike is within the Park Health & Beauty Centre in the small market town of Retford in North Notts. The M1 and A1 roads are within easy driving distance, and the town itself has bus and railway stations with links to the national network.

Penike is open  :

Monday to Thursday : from 10.00 until 20.00

Friday : from 10.00 until 17.00

Saturday : from 10.00 until 14.00

Initial consultation & treatment takes between 1½ and 2 hours.
Subsequent treatments take between 1 and 1½ hours.
 
 
The Park however, is only open from 09.00 until 17.00 in the evening.

The Park is an imposing Georgian property, originally a family home and then used as an International Beauty School, before being converted into a health and beauty centre.
